Dick Orgias

Dick Orgias returned to New Zealand in June 1992 having completed three and a half years working on the Mossgas project in South Africa. This project was a US$7billion synfuels refinery. Prior to this, Dick was a General Manager of two organisations and worked in Government from 1976 to 1983.


Dick joined Morgan & Banks (subsequently TMP Worldwide) in June 1992 first as a Consultant in the technical/operations area. He then was offered the then new role as the Morgan & Banks Group Business Development Manager and Account Manager. Dick was then appointed Manager of the technical/operations business and New Zealand manager reporting to the Director of Industrial and Consumer divisions. After a brief period working in partnership with a business partner, Dick formed his own company, Orgias Consulting Limited, specialising in Human Resource Consulting. Besides his experience in senior operational and project management, Dick has extensive experience in the Human Resources field including recruitment to senior levels, senior account and project management as well as the delivery of client specific restructures, mergers, leadership and development programmes.


Dick has a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Victoria University in New Zealand and various project management, leadership and sales management course qualifications.


Bill Clark

Bill has been in the recruitment business for nearly 20 years. Prior to entering this sector he worked for a major multi-national in senior roles off-shore. Bill’s speciality is in the mid to senior level technical and operational management and sales roles and to this end has completed a broad range of assignments utilising both advertising and search tools. Recently Bill has project managed the recruitment of the majority of staff required to start Maori Television.


One of Bill’s key strengths is his ability to accurately ascertain client requirements and he has often been able to provide innovative solutions which have added considerably to the profitability of client businesses. He feels that it is important to not only look at a client’s immediate needs but to consider clients strategic business and HR directions in order to form a lasting partnership. By doing this, key talent required meeting client business’s growth and succession plans are identified in advance of requirements and tracked until needed. Candidates are always treated with honesty and respect and over the years Bill has worked repeatedly with individuals as their career has advanced. One of Bill’s guiding philosophies is that “today’s candidates are often tomorrow’s clients”. This adage has been proven on a number of occasions.


Tony Karantonis

Tony is based in Melbourne and is responsible for all of Orgias Consulting Management Consulting activities across Asia Pacific. Tony is the founder and CEO of Daum Partners, Daum Partners and Orgias Consulting Limited work seamlessly together delivering solutions to joint clients.


Tony has been leading retail, consumer, supply chain, utilities and manufacturing strategies with global organisations for many years. Prior to joining Orgias Consulting, Tony managed Hudson Global Resources largest division across Asia Pacific. Prior to Hudson, Tony held several senior executive roles in large consumer, manufacturing/supply chain organisations and also ran several Asia Pacific practices with big four management consulting firms.


Tony has over 18 years experience in the FMCG and manufacturing sector globally, working for large global enterprises both locally, in Europe, Japan and the USA. He has also worked in Australia, Europe, Japan and USA with various organisations. He has worked extensively, globally and regionally and his experience focuses on strategic planning and the development and implementation of business strategies within human capital, recruitment, supply chain, manufacturing and growth strategies. Tony holds a Bachelor and Masters in Engineering.


Ann Murphy

Ann has enjoyed several years in the Executive, Technical, Sales & Marketing, Finance & IT recruitment industry in Auckland within permanent and contracting sectors. Recruitment Companies Ann was employed by include Morgan & Banks, TMP Worldwide and Lawson Williams. She also has previous experience working in the technical/manufacturing sector as well as marketing communications roles both in New Zealand and South Africa. Ann is employed as the Operations Manager for Orgias Consulting Limited.
